The Results: More Confidence, More Conversions


For NAS, one of the biggest challenges of being an online-only brand was sizing uncertainty. Many new customers hesitated before making a purchase, not wanting to deal with the hassle of returns if their jeans didn’t fit right. To combat this uncertainty, NAS integrated Size Advisor, giving shoppers the confidence to buy on the spot.

And the numbers speak for themselves - 1 in 5 shoppers who used Size Advisor went on to make a purchase. That’s an incredible 20% conversion rate among Size Advisor-assisted shoppers. On top of that, NAS also saw an average 20% reduction in returns, with some months even hitting a 40% drop, despite not having a returns problem to begin with.
